We can't say enough about how wonderful Paul and Lori were in helping us sell our condo and buy our first home. We initially met with Paul before we were even ready to start looking. He came with a wealth of information about the current market, and was completely understanding of our timeline. Once we began looking at homes Paul was an invaluable resource. He truly understood what mattered to each of us, and was patient as we navigated a very tricky market. Lori stepped in mid search and was an equally valuable member of the team. She was extremely communicative, and made sure she got us in to see every home we liked as soon as possible. When we finally found the perfect house for us, both Paul and Lori were there to help us make the right offer to get us the house of our dreams. They also understood the time crunch we were under and their expertise helped us get an accepted offer on our condo in less than 2 weeks. Lori and Paul were truly by our side every step of the way, from the first open houses, to the closings.

Consider yourself lucky if Paul chooses to work with you (and he does choose, because he opts to work with a small number of clients to provide them with the best possible experience). Paul was a Godsend in what is usually a difficult process. He provided personalized and attentive care to our needs, walked us through every step of the process, was professional and responsive, had unparalleled knowledge of the market, and went above and beyond the normal roles/duties of an agent. For example, he spent countless hours with us checking out properties, served as an informal home inspector in noting possible issues with homes, provided emotional support through the trials and tribulations of buying a house in a difficult market like Boston, always picked up his phone regardless of the hour (or responded promptly if unavailable), and displayed expert negotiation skills. By the end of the process, I considered Paul not just an agent, but a friend. Too often overlooked, he is a good person who truly has your best interests at heart. He is not just trying to make a sale, but is interested in making an ethical sale that is in the best interest of you as the client. I could go on for days (and no, he did not pay me to write this review). We are so grateful and indebted to Paul for all the work he did, and you will be too.

Paul helped us buy our first home and made every step of the process easy and streamlined.
