I was struggling to sell my house because is not in the best neighborhood however, Paul was able to think outside the box and see beyond that. He’s very professional and outgoing. Also he’s very knowledgeable about the business. As long as I have houses to sell in the utica area I’ll be working with Paul! You won’t regret working with him! He’s the best of the best!
Paul was exactly what we were hoping for in a realtor. He was great at communicating the entire selling and purchasing process, extremely professional in helping us out, and so much more. Just an all around great experience, and if we ever needed to use a realtor again he will by far be our first choice!
Paul was very professional and easy to work with. He was able to quickly get us into our dream starter home. He found us a home that fits our needs perfectly. Paul won’t stop looking until he finds you just the right place. Thanks Paul!
Paul was very helpful with giving us staging ideas. The house looked more open and inviting after making the changes. His videos/ photos made the house look great. He has a thorough understanding of the real estate market and how to properly price the house to obtain maximum value. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
He sold our house the day we listed, 7% over ask. He found us the perfect new home and he sold our home for more than we were expecting. All around easy and great to deal with. Couldn’t ask for more!
Paul is great- very responsive and gets the job done. Helped answer many questions and get through a frustrating closing process.
