Paul was very help in the purchase of our home! He is very expeditious in his responses and dealings with selling agents. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone trying to buy or sell a house. I used Paul in the purchase of our first home 3 years ago and still use him today. We are actually in the pending stages of our selling our home as well and Paul was very helpful in this process as well. Makes a stressful situation much better. I also like that he donates a portion of his commissions to the buyer/sellers favorite charity. Would definitely work with Paul again.

As first time home buyers we were lost. Paul not only answered every question we asked with great detail, he went above and beyond and informed us about the questions we did not know to ask. He had our backs during negotiations and helped us get everything we wanted. Even after we were under contract he made himself available whenever we called. Great guy with a great personallity. I will use him again if I ever need to buy/sell a home in the future.
