Was tireless in digging up new listings for us to look at, and was incredibly patient in explaining all the complexities of the buying process. I could not have dreamt of a better real estate agent. Paul was able to look at houses and send us videos when we couldn't go ourselves and when we were in town, he made the most of our time with us viewing a dozen houses a day. I don't think we could have found a house as fast as we did without Paul. His experience is invaluable and he was able to be honest and set our expectations so we didn't get our hopes up about something that would be out of our price range after initial offers. Ultimately, we found the perfect house that was just the right price. Through the inspection and negotiation process, Paul got the best deal for us and made sure we saved as much money as possible. We are so happy with the house we bought -- and with Paul as our real estate agent.
