Paul's follow up was fantastic.... even when I was tough to reach he understood it wasn't intentional avoidance, I was just unable to respond promptly. When he couldn't make contact on the phone he followed with text and or email which was a huge convenience for me. We had a difficult deal... but Paul was excellent and constantly had to follow up with an impossible seller. Even when the seller was being completely unreasonable Paul persisted and got creative. Without Paul, our deal never would have happened.
