I have used Paul as my broker 3 times. Paul was always available for a phone call and kept me up to date on my listing. He is trustworthy, efficient and I would recommend him without hesitation!

Paul has a great communication style and is very responsive. He believes in the client having as much information as possible, and he is a pleasure to work with. Our deal was completed in a professional and efficient manner.

I worked with Paul Pace on the sale of one of my properties & found him to be a true professional. He was extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Paul to a friend

Working with Paul Pace was a pleasure, His knowledge of market conditions and vast experience made the listing, marketing and sale of our home a seemless process. Paul's advice in arriving at a listing price designed to create maximum interest and activity was invaluable. We had over forty plus people look at the property the first day and received numerous solid offers well above the listing price. Paul was constantly in touch with us to keep us updated throughout the process and when any issue came up, Paul immediately presented the issue and was always prepared with several options to overcome the issue. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, diligent and professional. I would highly recommend his services and would entrust him with my real estate business in the future.
