I was an out-of-state owner of a Chicago rental property recently sold. I met Paul on an investor site and am glad I did. Paul did everything I expected and more: super timely communication, excellent execution. Paul went beyond the "call of duty" and personally arranged for the trades and professional people needed to get the house in a salable condition. Thank you, Paul! I will definitely recommend you for anyone in need of RE services in Chicago. A very satisfied customer, ~Tony Ander, Colorado.
