I have used Paul in 5 separate transactions. He is great. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, communicates well, but most importantly he gets the sale done. I’ve used him on both the buy and sell side. Buying, he makes sure you pay the lowest price and walks you through all the steps. When there are snag’s, he gets them fixed and gets you through closing.
