Once on the market, multiple offers were reviewed, and my home was sold above asking price. Paul made my transition incredibly smooth. He also worked on the purchase of a new home and coordinated sale and purchase simultaneously such that I moved directly from my old to new home. I would definitely use Paul in the future!

this is our third house with paul. when a last minute decision was made to put an offer on our current house paul worked around the clock to get us the house we are currently in and got our old house sold in 2 weeks.
