Without his guidance, I do not believe we would have sold our home so quickly (five days from putting it on the market to accepting an offer) nor for such a high price (best price per square foot in our area the past 9+ months). He brought in an expert stager to offer advice and a great photographer who captured images that really helped to sell our home before buyers ever set foot in the space.
