I had a friend who recommended Paul to sell our house back in 2006. He came out gave us suggestions on what to do to get house ready to sell. I just had a few things to fix he gave great recommendations on how to fix problems and who to use. He was very responsive to phone calls. House sold quickly. Settlement went very smoothly. He is very knowledgable in the real estate field and I highly recommend him.
