My husband and I currently live in northern Illinois but have been planning to move to Florida for quite some time. I discovered Palm Beaches Paul several months ago while listening to past episodes of a Florida-based podcast. He was being interviewed about his knowledge of, and experience in, the Palm Beach County area. Since my mother had been living in PBC, I was familiar with much of what Paul was saying about the area. Fast-forward a few months. My mother passed away, and I inherited her house. Since I had no plans to keep the house, I immediately thought of Paul and hoped he could be my Realtor. I reached out to Paul, told him my story, and asked him if he could help me sell my mother's house. He agreed, and we arranged to have a preliminary meeting the next time I was in town. At that meeting, we further discussed my situation and also the process that would be involved in selling my mother's home. I felt we had a good rapport from the start, so I officially asked Paul to be my Realtor, and he accepted. It is already stressful enough to sell a home, but it is so much harder to sell someone else's home from 1,400 miles away. Paul knew the long-distance logistics would be a challenge for me, and they certainly have been. But Paul has been great about walking me through the whole process, doing a ton of legwork for me, and staying in touch to keep me well-informed along the way. We listed the home as soon as I had finished clearing it out and cleaning it up. With the help of Paul's marketing resources and expertise, we had immediate interest in the home, and we were under contract within four days of the initial listing. I really can't say enough good things about Paul. He is an excellent agent who is not only very knowledgeable but is also extremely easy to work with, due to his great attitude. Paul was absolutely incredible to work with. He was very invested in helping us find the right home, as well as ensuring that we were protected every step of the way. We started our relocation process a few years ago I did some research and we looked on YouTube and managed to find Paul I called him up and it’s been extremely pleasurable experience .He handled the whole experience professionally and when I wanted to make a bad move he always knew to stop me and warn me about the consequences and I’m really glad that he’s done that because I would’ve lost a lot of money and a lot of sleep at night had I not listened to him. The irony is that the house that I ended up with he didn’t even show to us but it doesn’t matter to me because he had been there for the prior 10 months going out of his way to arrange for us to see many properties whether it was through a personal video or me taking a trip down there and him having many properties lined up so that I wouldn’t waste a plane ride From Connecticut. Navigating through this crazy low inventory housing market was very stressful to me but he made it an enjoyable experience given the circumstances.
Paul was friendly yet very professional. He is likeable and really knows the Florida real estate market in and out as well as all of the ins and outs of purchasing a property. He was never pushy and totally credible. Paul also takes the time to check to see if you are up to date on anything needed to be done for purchasing a property or closing on the property. It's a tough market right now. Paul was awesome. He was quick to setup showings for me. We saw a lot of properties before deciding on one. He helped put together a strong offer that got accepted, then stayed on top of things to see it though to closing. I'd HIGHLY recommend Paul.
