Paul sold my house in a matter of days! His communication skills, professionalism and market knowledge were invaluable. The buyers agent told me Paul was the most responsive agent she has ever dealt with. The title agent praised Paul’s follow up and coordination efforts, evidenced by his many calls to the buyer’s lender when a last minute paperwork glitch arose. Paul and his family live in Lake Charleston, so he’s very familiar with that market. Before we even listed with Paul we had numerous conversations about prices and sales strategies.
