Selling a rehabbed home in Elmhurst

I recently sold a home in Elmhurst and used Paul Kempa. The deal started going bad at the end due to the buyers agent and lawyer not communicating. Paul jumped right in and made sure everything went as it should have. The buyer actually told Paul he wished he was his realtor. My deal would not hav gone through without the knowledge and perseverance of Paul Kempa. I will use him on any deals in the future
