Everything you see written about Paul is true. He is extremely patient, and somehow, always made time for you no matter what time or day it was. It was almost shocking to know he had other clients aside from us. I decided to go with Paul as our agent after the first home we saw because he always had a way of making us feel like we were in charge of the entire situation. Never once was he pushy, or aggressive about making us feel like we NEEDED this house. I can't tell you how many houses we saw together, some twice. Although he has a passive personality, he's great at negotiations and when we lost out on homes, he always reminded us that if it was meant to be, it would be. We decided to start house hunting earlier this year and started in Oceanside/Carlsbad. Paul had suggested Temecula after we realized so many homes were out of our price range, and I sort of shrugged it off because I didn't know anything about the area and I was hoping something would pop up for us. A few months into our home search, we started to become frustrated with the housing market and again, Paul said, lets look a little north. We are glad we did because although we looked at many homes, we eventually found the home we live in now and we love it. We are in a great school district, central to shops, restaurants, wineries, and old town and we bought our house under our budget, DURING A PANDEMIC. In a time where homes were flying off the market left and right, Paul was able to help us find and negotiate a price for a home we hope to live in for the next 15-20 years. We are so thankful we decided to work with Paul!

From the moment Paul started helping me, Paul has done far and beyond I have asked when I started looking for a property that would fit my budget and my family’s needs. Any and every question I had, Paul was open to answer my questions and always had references that could help me understand more about the buying process. My buying experience was pretty smooth. Paul had set up inspections on my behalf and when we sealed the deal, I was given cash back from Paul as a way of him saying thank you for choosing him as my agent. I’m happy with my home and will use Paul in the future, for sure!!! You still answer my questions, even after months of closing escrow. Thank you Paul!

Another long over due review. Not only has Paul helped us buy our first home, he helped us sell it and drove almost 4 hours to help us buy our 2nd home. When we finally found it, he was a major help negotiating with the sellers AND catching some things in the contract the seller didn’t follow thru on. He’s very kind and patient, you will not be disappointed with him as your realtor. He really does go above and beyond.
