Paul Herbert

Paul is very knowledgable on the SLC market, particularly downtown. He handled all the work and we had a smooth closing.

My mother passed in 2023 and was a neighbor of Paul. She indicated she would like to have Paul represent the sale of her home should she go into a retirement center. Since I am the executor of her estate, I complied with her wishes at her passing and asked Paul to represent the sale of her home in late 2023. I do not live in the same State as my mother, so I was not fully aware of the condition of her home. Paul helped find people to do the minor repairs needed for the sale of the home. I am grateful for his advice on what he felt was needed or not to market the home. I would choose him again to represent the sale of any property I have.
