I inherited my father's property in a senior community, and I was referred to Paul by my estate attorney. I live out of state, and Paul met me when I was in town during a holiday weekend, and he took care of everything. He listed the property, dealt with the HOA, and, when there were electrical issues (and the AC quit working!) Paul arranged for all the repairs and was on site whenever needed. He acted as my agent, in the truest sense of the word, throughout this process. Paul kept me updated every step of the way, both during the process of making the repairs and when he was showing the property. He answered all my questions and was honest with me and provided sound advice when I asked for it. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul - he was kind and understanding and, above all, he's very good at what he does.
