Months before I decided to list my rental property in Phoenix, Paul took the time to answer my multitude of questions, which helped me to decide whether to list my rental property in Phoenix for sale or not. He provided great insight into current market research as well as information about the potential market forecast. In preparation for the listing and showing, Paul went the extra mile to help me get the property ready by offering suggestions and staging it. The pictures he had taken turned out amazing. We had several offers immediately and it was quite overwhelming. However, Paul helped me to decide which offer was best for me and my family by discussing each offer in detail as well as explaining the value in each offer given the current market. I appreciated his patience the most as his area of expertise in real estate something that I do not have at all. Once the offers started to come in and we were dealing with several different buyers’ agents, it was clear to me that some clients were not receiving the same level of representation that I was receiving from Paul. As a buyer or seller, it was extremely disheartening to witness this as I could only imagine how the lack of detail, follow through and professionalism would only result in a missed opportunity for the buyer/seller. At no time did I have that experience with Paul. I felt secure in my decision to work with Paul Hansen throughout the process because it was clear to me that he was looking out for my best interest as his client. I highly recommend Paul Hansen.
