I really enjoyed working with Paul. His office was in the unique position to not only represent the seller, but also the buyer, ..... ME. Up till this point in time, I never felt as if Paul's allegiances were to the seller for a commission, but he always seemed to find a just and fair solution to any obstacle that appeared in the pathway to a quick closing. Our closing was a very complicated closing, and in spite of this, it went as quickly and as smoothly as can be expected. A lot of that was due to Paul's knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend Paul's services to anyone.
