I recently worked with Paul on selling my home in Ashland. I did a lot of research before I chose a realtor, so I knew he was a top realtor in the area, but Paul definitely exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the area. Because he had so much knowledge of building and Metrowest homes, he was able to answer all of my questions - or find solutions to any of my concerns about repairs, readying the house for sale, or local codes and laws. He recommended top tradespeople to do prep work on the house at great prices, and helped me with the vetting process. He even got out his tools and helped me with a few repairs! I have been thoroughly impressed with Paul's skills as a realtor and can't recommend him highly enough. This is the guy you want!

My mother introduced me to Paul when we were looking at buying a property for us both. I was blown away by the fact that he knew the neighbors on the street. Over the 6 months or so I worked with him to close the deal on a short sale in Ashland, I found him to be very pleasant, professional and helpful in negotiation as he advised me to go in with a second offer after the bank had counteroffered on our first. I ended up getting the property for the price I wanted to pay. I was very happy with the results.

Paul is honest and hardworking. Early in the process, he is consultative without being dominant. He clearly has expert knowledge of his craft and teaches and guides you to where your house actually fits in the current market and will sell the quickest. He has knowledge of both the marketing process of the home and then works tirelessly with all the potential clients, not missing any that have interest. What struck us the most was his responsiveness. A family man himself, he always answered his phone when we called with the most medial of questions. He would always respond with a caring answer and if you have a concern with the other party, he would investigate that concern if it was relevant. Paul also has a tremendous insight on staging the home for sale, very aware of what the buyer is looking for. The average sale in out town is 70 days, he sold our house in 1 full day on the market with one bid still in his pocket. Once the house was sold, paul manages the inspection process perfectly, on site taking notes with the inspector, setting up an excellent plan to counter any potential trouble areas that may be exploited by the other agent and buyers and works tirelessly with the other agent. His style is mild mannered but tenacious when it counts. Like the game of pool, he was always several shots ahead of everyone else in the process. Paul was excellent at both his profession and working with us. We are very thankful.
