In our quest to find a home and failing to find one that met all of our parameters, Paul cheerfully kept finding another few homes that got us closer and closer to the perfect home. He handled the bid/ask negations for us and personally monitored the inspections and repairs that needed to be done in order to close because we had to away from Redding for other business. Couldn't have been successful without his help.
