Paul sold our home in Decatur. Paul came to the house several times before even listing the house to give us advice on what we needed to do to sell. We have used Paul both for selling and buying a home. Paul is familiar with the area and if he does not know an answer he will find it out for you. Before we were able to complete the sale on our home there were a few things that needed to be done. Paul arranged and met with several contractors before bringing the information to us. He was always looking out for us. When we hired Paul after that date we did not have to do much of anything. Paul did it all. We feel Paul is an exceptional realtor and couldn’t be happier with him and his services. We will always use Paul!
