Paul Fan is extremely knowledgeable in all respects of a real estate transaction. When selling my home he did extensive research on comparable homes around the neighborhood and presented his findings and provided me with his opinion of the value of the property. He was frank and honest about the value of the property. He provided his opinion on selling price and the time it will take to sell the property and he was pretty accurate. After selling the property he also located another property for me to purchase. Paul has a good attention to detail and during the house hunting process it is good to have him as another set of eyes to look for certain pitfalls to a property. He will give his opinion if he feels something is not right. I feel he wants the person buying the home to be happy with the purchase. As long as you communicate with him on your criteria he will try his best to delivery on it.

Paul was wonderful....would love to give 6 stars if I could! He was helpful in every way going to great lengths to get our home sold.... He knows his stuff and he is good at what he does.... I highly recommend Paul to anyone!
