Paul was very easy to work with. He has excellent communication skills. Very responsive and patient in addressing my questions/concerns. I was not living in Brookings at the time of the sale. Paul was extremely helpful in assisting me with carpet cleaning, repairs and the like.

I met Paul through a Zillow listing and, bottom line, working with him could not have been easier – which makes writing any kind of a lengthy review sort of difficult. Paul was knowledgeable about the area I was interested in. He was completely accessible – by phone, text, email, or in person. He clearly enjoyed what he was doing and was easy and enjoyable to be with in the process of looking for a place to live in Brookings. When I threw him a couple curve balls in the process, he didn’t miss a beat, didn’t flinch, remained open to the process and my hidden agendas – hidden to me as well until I realized them as I popped them on him! – and was in every way professionally and personally flexible to help me get and get into what I wanted. When I needed to store some of my stuff prior to closing, AND MY CAR WOULDN'T START, Paul drove over to where I was staying and took several boxes to, well, somewhere…..but mainly he took them off my hands….and returned them when requested after I actually moved into the condo. That was definitely above and beyond the call of duty in my book. Paul represented both me, the buyer, as well as the seller. I did not fear the dual agency situation and feel that Paul handled it perfectly.

It was a joy to work with a real estate broker like Paul. He has a lot of expertise and skills in bringing a property up for sale at anytime of year, including the so-called slow seasons before winter. Using the latest technology, like drone photography, our property had the royal treatment and Paul added suggestions to further enhance its attractiveness. Communications were always effective regardless of distance and negotiation skills were excellent. We were also provided with ample examples of local sale properties for comparison and evaluation. Paul was also very helpful in volunteering to assist us at no charge in moving and selling assets after the property sale. An important feature of the sale process was that Paul always personally showed the property and closed down the house water system, dropped the electric roll shutters and locked everything securely before leaving. We felt we were in good hands with Paul and could not believe how fast we sold the property at a good price. Paul is highly recommended and we will call him again on our next real estate transaction.
