I Decided to sell my home on a Monday, and hired Paul ! He had photos taken the next day ( which turned out beautifully ) and was officially on the market by Thursday. Operated very quickly and efficiently. Communicated well and explained anything and everything I didn’t understand. Had an offer in about 30 days and helped negotiate to where i was comfortable in saying “Good Bye” to my home. A few phone calls and emails later we were under contract and closed quickly . I have already recommended him to a friend that also hired him. I look forward to using him in the future.
