We had a tremendously positive experience working with Paul Cunningham. With a relatively long timeline to work with for our move, and initially being open to considering a wide variety of types of properties, Paul took the time to understand our needs and cover a lot of ground in showing us various homes. As we narrowed down our choices Paul had a lot of valuable insight on aspects of design, location and layout that could have a significant impact on a home's value. We settled into a choice that worked perfectly for us - an under construction town home in a great location - and once again we were happy to have Paul's pragmatic input on timeline issues that can delay closing dates with new construction - in this case the delays worked well for our timeline and Paul's estimates were spot-on and allowed us to make a very smooth transition to closing and move-in. Additionally, through the build process we had Paul's help in acting as a go-between with the builders to request a few modifications that were important to us. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the assistance and expertise Paul provided us during our home search and recommend him with enthusiasm!
