We settled into a choice that worked perfectly for us - an under construction town home in a great location - and once again we were happy to have Paul's pragmatic input on timeline issues that can delay closing dates with new construction - in this case the delays worked well for our timeline and Paul's estimates were spot-on and allowed us to make a very smooth transition to closing and move-in. Additionally, through the build process we had Paul's help in acting as a go-between with the builders to request a few modifications that were important to us. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the assistance and expertise Paul provided us during our home search and recommend him with enthusiasm!

Paul has the ever-elusive combination of being laid back and on top of his game at the same time. Real estate agents, I've found, are sales people. And sometimes that puts me off.
