Paul worked with me and my wife recently to sell our income property in July 2021. It was a Duplex occupied by section 8 tenants, and I was selling with the tenants intact. Paul was our real estate agent when we purchased the property over 10 years ago. He was also the real estate agent who helped us purchase the property in which we presently reside. He worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, did a lot of research and meetings with us to determine the best listing price based on recent comparables and taken into account how hot the market was, always letting us know what to expect and guiding us constantly. His calm manner and engaging personality broke through the communication barrier with the tenants and got us to where we wanted to be. There were bumps along the way, but he guided us through them expertly. His insight was extremely valuable, and he always had our best interest at heart, making us feel that we were more than "just another commission". He is a great negotiator and problem solver. His honesty and integrity shine throughout the process. Because of his attention to detail and understanding of the real estate market, we felt safe. We can say with all confidence that Paul is the best choice for us.

Paul helped us buy our first home in the South Bay--he was amazing!
