While we were here we saw some nice homes for sale in the area and decided that maybe we should look at a few. We picked out a few online Friday evening. We planned to head back to FL on Saturday. I made a call on one of the houses that had our interest and this was about 9:45 in the morning on Saturday. I left a message and I received the call back shortly after and it was Paul. It was super short notice but he was able to take us to look at a few houses. In that short time frame before we met up Paul pulled some other house that were for sale and had them at the ready. The house that we wanted to look at didn't fit and Paul had a few suggestions that he found would be perfect for us. The first one that he recommended was a grand slam he was very knowledgeable of the area and the school systems. We honestly fell in love with the home and put an offer in on Sunday. Paul helped choreograph the whole process and got us in contact with the right people to get the job done in a super fast paced timeframe. Paul even assisted us with the sale of our house in Florida by giving us guidance and direction. We viewed the house at the end of March and and had our closing on May 1st. Without Paul's guidance,assistance and knowledge this wouldn't have been possible within the time frame. It was pretty magical to say the least.
