It took time and persistence to find a tenant who would appreciate the charm of a century old cottage style house with all its limitations such as no ground level entry, no central A/C, small kitchen, shower stall only, and detached garage. When we met Paul during the second week of September he asked about our current situation. Family, lifestyle, expectations of what we wanted in a house. He wanted to get a better idea of what our wants and needs were. He had to move a family of 7 from out of state into a home that made us feel welcomed and he succeeded! He went above and beyond! I started my new job on Oct 8th, which meant we had less than a month to find us a home. Knowing that we had a 2hr trip from NYC, Paul would fill our days with as many listings he could find for us to view. We saw so many places I still get dizzy thinking about it. Our last weekend before the deadline we were unable to make the trip up. Paul took it upon himself to physically go to all the listings we had even the slightest interest in and video called us from each location. There was at least 8 places on the list we gave him and he walked us through them all. It wasn't until Oct 5th that we finally heard a yes from our current landlord. On the 6th we signed the lease and on the 7th we moved in. While we were moving in Paul came to check up on us, and that was when we saw his foot in a cast. The day before he went running around doing the video calls with us, he broke his foot helping a friend. This level of commitment and dedication that he held for my family is something we never experienced...ever! I can't express how grateful me and my family are for all the late night phone calls explaining the possible reasons why we didn't get any call backs or the endless listings he found as possible backups. Paul has set the bar so high that I told everyone I know that if they have an interest in PA to give me a call because I don't "got a guy" I got "THE Guy"!
