I waited to write this review because I wanted it to be cute and catchy but this is business and there is no cute and catchy in business! Pual did a stellar job selling our home (to date, one of the highest residential sales in Woburn). He timed it perfectly, gave us excellent advice and listed it to attract a lot of interest (as evidenced by the fact that on day one we had over 150 people walk through our front door). Our neighbors could not believe the congestion in the small cul-de-sac by all the interest that was generated (and they have reached out to him as well). He went above and beyond with Covid protection. The pictures in the listing reflected the property accurately (OK- I hated the fact that the bed looked so unkempt, but, I guess that’s my fault). He was ready and responsive at a moments notice, he held our hands when we needed it, he was responsive to our emotions, and he was very effective in his direction. I cannot say enough…Oh- Except for the fact that we purchased this property through him - So the fact that we returned to him speaks volumes. Would not hesitate to use him again! He and his team are remarkable!
