Paul greatly impressed me from the time I interviewed him to choose an agent to the close of escrow. He took more notes, asked better questions, and made himself more available than other prospective agents I interviewed. As a long-time active agent, he was able to provide a thorough market analysis of my property within a day or two. We discussed how my property compared to others on the market, including pros and cons and how the property would be prepared for market in a timely and cost efficient manner. Paul immediately lined up the people who would be needed to repair, update, and improve the property. He kept a careful file of work that needed to be done, and he took time personally to oversee the work to ensure that it was being performed as promised.
