Paul was great from start to finish on our transaction. I want to start of by saying thank you to Paul Bonilla! Paul helped my husband and I with our purchase of our first home. Being first time home buyers we had many questions, which Paul was able to answer every single one of them. From our first phone call to closing escrow Paul made sure everything went smoothly. Paul is a very knowledgeable man, goes above and beyond for his clients. If we were to ever do this again we would definitely work with Paul.

Even when the real estate part was done, Paul made sure that he was with us and that we were not left wandering during the loan process. When we had questions regarding the loan, he found us answers. When we had concerns he helped us understand the process and find a comfortable solution. If I were do to this process again I would gladly choose Paul Bonilla, a knowledgeable, kind, down to earth, hardworking, and honest realtor. We first met Paul by chance while viewing a home he was showing.  Our daughter introduced herself first and declared that she was interested in purchasing a house. Paul responded that it would be his first time selling to a thirteen-year-old, and with a chuckle began showing her the house.  Though she did not wish to purchase that house, we appreciated Paul’s positive attitude and good nature, so we decided to employ him as our realtor. Paul was reliable and always available whenever we had a question. He picked up the phone at all hours, which unfortunately for him, we often took advantage of.  Paul provided us with hundreds of listings and patiently took us to see numerous homes in person. Though we were picky, he was never pushy. Paul was knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process, from showings to offers to escrow.  When we ran into a snag with escrow shortly before closing, Paul coordinated between the escrow company, broker, and lender with dogged determination, and thanks to his efforts, we are now happily in a wonderful new home.  We have complete confidence recommending him as a personable, knowledgeable, and reliable real estate agent.

I can't say enough positive things on how pleased I am with how Paul handled the sale of my house. He was professional, informative, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what my expectations were of a realtors services.
