My family and I were looking to relocate after our retirement and had a small window of opportunity to look at homes in the Port st lucie area. We explained to Paul what we were looking for in HOA neighborhoods, mind you the inventory was extremely low in September of 2021...Paul put a list together of homes that fit our needs and had set appointment times for viewing. Interestingly, the actual home we purchased, we had no appointment, but Paul went above and beyond by calling the listing agent and got us a brief look inside the home before the next scheduled appointment. We liked what we saw and Paul made a formal appointment the next day. We ended up purchasing the home and Paul was extremely helpful in the entire precess of the walk through, inspection and closing.
