Paul really bent over backward to support us in selling our house. To coming up with a starting selling price, to walking us through the process. He also appeared to go above and beyond by coming to our house in person to check on how things were going, to pay for a year's worth of home insurance for the buyers, (a good selling incentive), and to schedule the electrical work needed to complete the selling process based on the inspection. He did many other things that made us feel comfortable with the process as best he could. On top of this, Paul is a very nice man who was a pleasure to work with. Selling a home is a very stressful activity and we were selling and buying another at the same time. Paul gave us some peace of mind through the chaos.
