Paul is everything you could ask for in a realtor! He was calm, knowledgable, and guided us through every step of the home buying process. He was responsive and available nights, weekends, and even on vacation (so sorry Paul!). When things got a little stressful in the process, Paul stayed calm and knew exactly what to do. When Paul came with us for showings, he was like the mayor! He knew everyone in the neighborhoods we were in because he had sold so many of their homes for them! If you are looking for a realtor who will walk you through the process and be there for you every step of the way, Paul is your guy!

Paul is simply amazing there is no other way to put it. I was 20 years old buying my first home and had no clue how anything worked. Paul made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way and bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly for me. We were thrown a curve ball when they only gave us 19 days to close but Paul waisted no time and made sure it got done. I honestly do not think many if any other realtors could have pulled off the miracle Paul did.

We've worked with Paul in the purchase of our 1st home, selling our 1st home and purchasing of our 2nd. My husband and I couldn't say enough about his helpfulness, knowledge, understanding, expertise and negotiation skills. Always making himself available and having the patience to explain. Not only do I recommend Paul, but I know if we ever move again we will reach out to him. All in all he is just a good person and an exceptional person to work with.

Excellent experience, we were lucky to have Paul as our realtor. He is very professional and very friendly. What my family and I liked the most about Paul is that he was very honest, we had experience with another realtors which will never tell us about what was wrong with the house, they would say that the house was beautiful and would be a good purchase only to convince us to buy it. Instead Paul when he showed us any house he gave us an estimate of the expenses for the fixing of the house, he is very knowledgeable. He made sure that we liked the house before purchasing it. He puts in the table the pros and cons of the house for you and from them, you can decide. Very good person, we could not have asked for a better realtor.

Buying a house can be very overwhelming. There's gotta be a starting point. First you find a Realtor, but then what? So a realtor's position is gotta be one of the hardest. I'll tell why, he's gotta make a decision for you. The realtor is gotta meat all your needs and make the transition as smoooooooothhhhhh as possible. Playing of my friends had a terrible experience with their realtor. They told me, "whats the use of my realtor if I have to do all the work and he can't answer my questions." So, right away a red flag, OMG. In my case, god's blessing came thru. I met Paul almost about 2 years ago. He worked with me all the way thru. He basically held my hand thru the whole process. Educated me and made sure I didn't make any drastic decision. Normally, some realtors just don't care. I started looking at Paul not as a realtor but more like a friend. Hands down, great experience. If there was an option to give him 10 stars i would. Paul thank you so much for guiding us in the right direction. Sounds silly to say, but there is definitely hope in humanity when one can give their trust to a total stranger and becomes a friend.

Paul is excellent! We met him through Zillow, at a time when my husband and I were only looking at homes, but not ready to buy one. For a few months he showed us a few properties, answered questions, and overall was there to help us without any expectations. Once we were ready to purchase a new home, we knew no one else would do but him to be our realtor. Paul helped us buy a new home, and despite having various challenges during a really hot market (bidding wars galore!), he stayed positive, and gave us great guidance. We finally found the house of our dreams. Paul did such an outstanding job, that we also asked him to sell our house. Again, despite a few challenges, he kept us well informed and always provided helpful feedback. I cannot say enough good things about his expertise, excellence and overall knowledge. If you need a realtor, Paul is your guy!
