This was the second time using Paul to help us sell a house. He is very easy to communicate with. Paul had a good marketing strategy, the house was staged and open houses were planned and carried out. He has a very good knowledge of the market. Both times he helped us price the house so we got fair offers right away. He isn't the kind of realtor that prices high and then has to lower the price to get offers. I appreciate that. The house had some issues that were revealed in the inspection. Paul helped us work through the issues and with his experience and connections kept the sale moving forward. Paul has worked with my family for over 20 years when he helped my dad buy his first house and now things have come full circle and he helped my wife and I buy our first home together. Paul has experience. We had a somewhat complicated sale. Two different owners, and repairs that needed to be completed prior to the sale. Paul helped take care of everything. He helped find contractors, provided financing and hired amazing people to staged the house for pictures. His recommendations ended up getting us way more money for the house than we were expecting. Paul is a shrewd negotiator who got me an impressive deal on a beautiful house for less that the listed price. He knows what a house is worth and will not recommend that you pay more than you have to. Paul has an excellent reputation with other realtors. So when he submits a bid, the seller's agent respects him. Paul knows that I'm moving from out of state. Because his office is close to my new house, he volunteered to bring the painters and carpet store employees to the house to make bids and conduct their work. He even recommended various crafts people to me and negotiated with two different painting companies on my behalf. Paul has an easy going manner and is a pleasure to work with.
