Paul is the best real estate agent I have had. He has been extremely helpful with three transactions for me in the past 4 months in the Knoxville and Chattanooga area markets. He will always answer or return calls or texts, if not immediately, within a fairly short time. He is very responsive to the expectations of his clients. His previous experience as a building contractor is also beneficial. If you don’t have an agent, or have been less than very pleased with a previous one, you should give Paul Avratin a call.
Pual is super-fast, very knowledgeable, and professional. My wife and I came to Tennessee, searching for our future home. In less than 3 weeks, we officially own the first house we visited in Chattanooga. It was impossible without Paul's service. Not only did he schedule time that Saturday at short notice to go visit the house for sale, but also put together an offer in the evening. Next day at the notice by seller agent of multiple offers, Pual helped us structure a winning bid. Later during the closing process, Paul together with his long-term business partners was super helpful with home inspection, title transfer, title insurance, utility set-up, etc. Throughout the entire process, Paul's experience and dedication made a big difference. We highly recommend Paul. One caveat: I don't want to set up wrong expectation for purchasing a house in less than 3 weeks. You would have to know what you want and have the needed cash ready ahead of closing. Otherwise, the purchase process would take longer, even with Paul's help.
