Paul Aslaber
I have worked with numerous realtors over the years and I can say with all honesty that Paul is the most dedicated, patient, and caring one with whom I’ve ever worked. From day one of the house search, he listened thoroughly and responded quickly. When we narrowed the list of homes and began walk throughs, Paul would examine the homes with such scrutiny that he pointed out things that would be problematic and costly. He isn’t in this business for the sales, he’s in it to find his clients homes. During the time I was looking at homes I had several issues in my personal life that made me unable to stay focused on finding a home. My father was diagnosed with cancer and my son was in and out of the hospital. I was living in an apartment while looking for a home and my dog got out and ran away four times. Short of mentioning drinking, I realize this sounds like a country song. Paul was there, checking in on me everyday, mentioning nothing about homes, but just making sure me and my family were okay (dog, too). During negotiations, Paul was fair and matter of fact about where my lines were. Paul helped me with nearly everything to ensure the home was in the needed shape so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything once I moved in. It’s now been two weeks after the sale and Paul still checks in to make sure everything with the house is going well. I absolutely love this home and it instantly felt like home. I consider Paul not only my realtor, but my friend. He is a good person and a good family man through and through. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation for Paul. He will not disappoint.
