Please do not make the same mistake I did using Paul Ruddock. He told me he would market my home but did not prepare me with how fast he would find eligible buyers! I was so looking forward to having an open house however my house was sold (above the price I was looking for) before I could bake my famous cookies! Use him...just be prepared!
