She was always available to answer my questions and was very familiar with the city and neighborhoods we were searching in. Due to the state of the market, we looked at A LOT of homes. She was always by our side with a positive attitude. Never too busy to reasonably accommodate us. Paty is a player in the community and knows many of the agents we interacted with.
