I was immediately impressed at how quickly responsive Patty was--always! From the first moment I contacted her, she was--in a flash-- on the phone with me. Patty was very efficient and aggressive to answer my questions and to explore/suggest resources (e.g., people to call for septic installation) I might helpful.
