Patty Teachman is a hell of a woman! She was our property manager for quite a few years and did a marvelous job. From finding tenants to dealing with all sorts of rental issues. Shes a real pro. Great communication skills. Always got back to me fast when I had a question. When we decided to sell she gave me all the right advice. We got the price we wanted and paperwork was easy.
