We had a couple of other agents prior to Patty, but none of them had the comparable skill sets needed to get our house sold. Patty is a data driven agent which helps her communicate the market conditions in a way that was helpful for us to make decisions. The other agents could not verbalize the reasons behind their repeated requests for us to reduce the price of the house.
