We bought our house on the cape through Patty three years ago and when it was time to sell Patty was our go to! Our experience with Patty supersedes any other experience we have ever had with a realtor. She is conscientious of your needs as well as schedule and answers every single text. Buying and selling is definitely a stressful time but having Patty help us through this experience was the silver lining we needed. She lead us to our current home that we are absolutely in love with and hope to never have to leave, and helped us sell our last home. Too bad she doesn’t work in every state because hands down I would recommend her to everyone.

We couldn't have asked for a better person than Patty Sperber to handle such a massive life change for me and my girlfriend. Patty was honest, open and very relatable. She explain processes and standards that were very foreign to us in a way that we could easily understand. Our partnership with Patty started after we found a house that we knew would be a great investment. In order to buy it I'd have to sell my condo in a few short weeks.
