Patty Simonek

Patty is like a fresh batch of cookies. She's sweet, warm, and makes all your worries go away! Patty is a local, and seems to know almost everyone, or at most 3 degrees from knowing someone! She can give you details about neighborhoods and answer questions you never knew you had. Patty was always available to take my phone calls, and responded quickly with texts and emails, and I really do mean quickly. I'd say she picked up my calls 9 out of 10 times and if she couldn't answer, she'd call back within 30 minutes. I had lots of questions, and sometimes I'd ask the same question repeatedly, just to make sure I understood everything because I'm neurotic -- Patty was always happy to educate me about the process and next steps. She was wonderful about reminding me about other things like getting paperwork to a tenant, or changing names on utility bills. Patty made what could have been an extremely stressful experience -- surprisingly easy! I highly recommend Patty to anyone!
