At every turn Patty was completely professional, knowledgeable, well-informed, quick to respond and was there for me whenever I had a question. She "held my hand" so to speak during all the various components of the sale of my previous property, that enabled me to purchase my new property, so that everything went very smoothly and even closed both escrows a bit early. This was exceptionally comforting for me since it all happened during the holidays and both of us had many responsibilities. She met with me in person numerous times and went out of her way to make sure it all went well and I was well-informed and comfortable with everything that was going on. Above and Beyond my expectations.

Working with Patty Rogel was amazing, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of the local market. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market also helped us to find the perfect replacement home. A few weeks after we moved into our new home something broke down and home warranty wouldn’t wanted to do the repairs. Patty went the extra mile to help us get the repairs done. I now consider Patty a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home or to sell your home.
