We had not sold a home in over 30 years. We finally made a tough decision to sell and then came the pandemic. Patty was steadfast and provided a game plan that was efficient and simple from our end. She began by helping us prepare the home to be listed with suggestions on window treatments, spacing, clutter, touch up, etc. She recommended a contractor that was excellent in meeting our needs. Patty helped us stage the property for showing and conducted a comprehensive virtual tour. We were awestruck with the quality of the brochures and the TV spot showcasing our home. After seeing those, we wanted to buy the home ourselves!!! Patty was quick to answer any questions we had and provided reasonable suggestions and alternatives.
