Patty helped the reviewer buy this property

Patty treated our homebuying experience as though it were her own

We found ourselves selling our home 1,000 miles away from our desired new location along the Delaware coast and needing to quickly find that dream home and sequence everything just right from selling to buying within days apart. We hadn't a clue where to begin! Patty was recommended to us through our local realtor and she was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way! At no point were our questions or concerns met with anything other than responsiveness and an exceptional level of care. She was honest with us and took the time to explain where we were at in the process and what was required in order to advance. Our realtor on the home selling end and Patty on the buying side were coordinated and in talks, ensuring that this little family made it to Delaware--not sure how common this is, but they sure did take care of us! She built instant trust with us to the point where a virtual tour of a prospective house was sufficient in our planning process. We found the perfect place to raise our family and grow into a new life chapter, and we simply cannot be more grateful to her. We found that every bit of what we had heard of Patty was true. She is the real deal--do not pass her up! Thank you Patty! What you do is lifechanging.
