She met me on Many occasions at the property, unlocked the storage shed so that I could Mow the lawn and maintain the property as agreed in the sales contract, until the closing date, which got extended about four times. Patti's Great Personality was Very Valuable in working with the seller. We obtained favor with the seller, which allowed us to extend the closing date multiple times, adjust conditions for sale and the seller had patience to wait until the mortgage was Finally approved and the Final Closing Date set and the Property Closed.
